These Shop Terms of Service govern purchases and use of SSS profile cosmetic packs, including animated effects, profile slots, visual presets, badges, and related digital unlocks.

1. Agreement

By buying, receiving, activating, or using SSS cosmetic shop products, you agree to these Shop Terms, the Refund Policy, the Shop Privacy Policy, and any applicable site/community rules. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use shop products.

2. Products covered

Products may include cosmetic profile effects, style packs, profile slots, creator tools, founder unlocks, badges, or bundles shown on the SSS pricing page. Product names, availability, prices, and included effects may change before checkout launch or for future purchases.

3. Account requirement

Purchases are intended to unlock features for the SSS account used at checkout or otherwise linked to the purchase. You are responsible for using the correct account and email address. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership before changing entitlements.

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use SSS. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may need permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. We may restrict, cancel, or refuse purchases where age, consent, fraud, or account-safety concerns exist.

5. Payment processor

Paddle is the planned checkout/payment provider. When checkout is enabled, Paddle may act as merchant, reseller, payment processor, tax handler, or buyer-support provider depending on the transaction and region. Paddle may apply its own buyer terms, tax calculation, fraud review, receipts, and payment rules.

6. Delivery and access

Cosmetic unlocks are digital goods. After a successful checkout and provider confirmation, the related entitlement should be applied to the relevant SSS account. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, fraud checks, technical issues, incorrect account information, or provider outages.

7. License and restrictions

Purchased cosmetic unlocks give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the unlocked features on your SSS account. You may not resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or use shop features to attack, disrupt, impersonate, harass, or abuse SSS or other members.

8. No ownership of platform features

Purchasing a cosmetic pack does not give you ownership of SSS software, code, effects, artwork, product names, design systems, profile infrastructure, or platform features. SSS may update, rename, replace, retire, rebalance, or improve features as needed for safety, performance, compatibility, moderation, or product quality.

9. Community rules still apply

Cosmetic purchases do not override community standards or moderation decisions. If your account is suspended, restricted, removed, or limited for rule violations, your ability to use purchased cosmetic features may also be limited or lost.

10. Founder unlocks

Founder 1000 unlocks are account-level benefits intended for the first 1000 eligible SSS member accounts. Eligible founder accounts keep the currently included profile effects tied to that SSS account without needing to repurchase those current effects later. Founder benefits are not cash equivalents, are not transferable, and do not guarantee access to every future paid feature unless expressly stated in writing.

11. Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown. Paddle may calculate taxes, fees, currency conversion, or local checkout amounts at checkout. The final amount shown by Paddle at checkout controls the purchase price.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the SSS Shop Refund Policy. In general, cosmetic digital unlock sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available, except where required by applicable law or required by Paddle's buyer/payment obligations.

13. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can review the account and purchase. We may suspend or revoke entitlements related to reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep profile cosmetics available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be limited by browser support, device performance, account status, platform updates, moderation, outages, or security changes.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to shop products. Our total liability for a shop product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
