Shop Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to SSS profile cosmetic packs, profile effects, profile slots, creator tools, and related digital unlocks sold through the SSS shop.

Refund rule: all SSS cosmetic digital unlock sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, unlocked, activated, or made available to the purchasing account, except where a refund is required by applicable law or required by Paddle's buyer/payment obligations.

1. Why refunds are limited

SSS cosmetic packs are digital account unlocks. Once delivered, the product can be used immediately and cannot be physically returned. For that reason, purchases are generally final.

2. Non-refundable purchases

Unless applicable law or Paddle requires otherwise, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Delivered or activated cosmetic packs.
  • Profile effects, profile slots, style presets, badges, or creator tools that were unlocked on your account.
  • Accidental purchases after checkout confirmation.
  • Purchases made for the wrong account or email address.
  • Change of mind, lack of use, or preference changes.
  • Temporary inability to use an effect caused by browser settings, device limitations, extensions, ad blockers, cache, or local performance issues.
  • Account restrictions, moderation actions, suspensions, or bans caused by rule violations.
  • Duplicate purchases unless our records confirm a duplicate charge for the same account and same entitlement.

3. When we may make an exception

We may review a refund, correction, credit, or entitlement adjustment if:

  • You were charged but the product was not delivered and we cannot reasonably fix the unlock.
  • A confirmed duplicate charge occurred for the same product and same account.
  • A technical error by SSS or the payment provider caused a charge without a usable entitlement.
  • Applicable consumer law requires a refund.
  • Paddle requires or processes a refund under its buyer/payment rules.

4. Contact us before filing a dispute

If something looks wrong, contact support first with your account email, purchase email, product name, approximate purchase time, and any Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Most unlock issues can be fixed faster through support than through a bank dispute.

5. Chargebacks and reversed payments

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, flagged as fraudulent, or cancelled by Paddle or a payment network, SSS may revoke the related cosmetic entitlement, restrict shop access, or require additional verification before restoring access.

6. Processing time

If a refund is approved or required, timing depends on Paddle, your payment method, your bank, and applicable payment networks. SSS cannot guarantee the exact date funds will appear in your account.

7. No cash value

Founder 1000 unlocks, promotional unlocks, credits, badges, free packs, gifted unlocks, and manually granted entitlements have no cash value and are not refundable. Founder unlocks are account-bound benefits for eligible early member accounts and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold, or converted into store credit.

8. Final decision

Subject to applicable law and Paddle's buyer/payment obligations, SSS reserves the right to approve, deny, correct, or limit refund requests based on account records, product delivery status, fraud signals, support history, and transaction records.
